Kathmandu: V-Chitra Pvt. Ltd. has made Nepal proud on one of Asia’s biggest marketing stages, sweeping the Public Relations categories at the 15th ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards 2026. The prestigious ceremony was held on 30th April 2026 at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, bringing together leading agencies and brands from across the APAC region to celebrate excellence in customer engagement and communications.
The agency’s strongest recognition came through its impactful work with TikTok. V-Chitra won Gold for Best Integrated PR and Digital Engagement and Gold for Best Media Relations Campaign, both driven by the TikTok Family Pairing campaign; a culturally resonant initiative designed to connect families through safer social media engagement.
Following TikTok’s return to Nepal in 2025, the campaign addressed growing concerns around teenage digital safety by promoting parental control features through celebrities, creators, television campaigns, and earned media in local languages. The campaign generated more than 140 media coverages, 34 million creator views, and 5.8 million engagements, helping reposition TikTok from a platform of concern to a platform of responsibility.
The agency further secured Gold for Best Use of Influencers in PR Campaign for its work on the TikTok Safety Ambassador Programme, which focused on promoting digital safety awareness among Nepal’s growing social media audience.
This outstanding performance ultimately led to V-Chitra being named PR Agency of the Year, the highest recognition in the public relations category at the awards, positioning the Kathmandu-based agency among the region’s leading communications firms.
