Kathmandu: Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. (NSBL) carried out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Nepal Children’s Organization, Bal Mandir, Naxal, Kathmandu, supporting the well-being and healthy development of children residing at the facility.
As part of the initiative, NSBL provided essential items including winter clothes, blankets, mattresses, warm slippers, food items, and water purifiers to the organization, which is home to 107 children. The support aims to address basic needs and improve living conditions, particularly during the winter season.
The items were formally handed over by Mr. Venkata Vamsidhar Kuncha, Chairman, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd., to Ms. Vidya Upadhyaya Neupane, Chairperson, Nepal Children’s Organization. The program was attended by Mr. Ram Kumar Tiwari, Managing Director & CEO, NSBL; Mr. Ritesh Sinha, Director, NSBL; Mr. Vikas Anand, Deputy CEO & Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Prabin Muni Bajracharya, Chief Business Development Officer, along with other senior officials from the bank and representatives of the organization.
Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. has consistently undertaken CSR initiatives aimed at supporting communities and promoting social well-being, reflecting the bank’s commitment to responsible and inclusive growth.
With 32 years of service in Nepal, NSBL currently operates through 102 branches, 22 extension counters, 7 provincial offices, 21 branchless banking units, 127 ATMs, and a corporate office, continuing to expand access to reliable banking services across the country.
