Kathmandu, Nepal – Samsung Nepal has announced the launch of its Samsung Monsoon Camp, a special customer care initiative aimed at addressing one of the most common smartphone issues during the rainy season charging port damage caused by humidity and water exposure.
The campaign runs until August 24, 2025, inviting all Samsung smartphone users—regardless of warranty status to visit any authorized Samsung Service Center for a free charging port replacement in case of damage.
While the charging port replacement will be free of cost, customers will be required to pay applicable labor charges and the cost of any additional parts that may be needed. The services under this campaign will be available exclusively at authorized Samsung Service Centers across Nepal.
“At Samsung Nepal, we are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy a worry-free experience with their devices, no matter the season. The monsoon often brings humidity and water-related risks that can affect smartphones, especially the charging port. Through the Samsung Monsoon Camp, we aim to provide preventive care and support, helping our users protect their phones and stay connected safely throughout the rainy season,” said Mr. Rajan Bhattarai, Deputy General Manager & Head of Customer Service, Samsung Nepal.
Samsung encourages all users to take advantage of this limited-time service and ensure their devices are ready to weather the monsoon.
