Kathmandu: Speaker of the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire, paid a courtesy call on President Ramchandra Paudel today at Shital Niwas, the Office of the President.

During the meeting, Speaker Ghimire briefed President Paudel about his upcoming participation in the Sixth World Conference of Speakers of Parliament, scheduled to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from July 29 to 31.

According to the President’s Secretariat, Speaker Ghimire is set to depart for Geneva on July 27 to attend the global parliamentary event.
