Kathmandu: FOTON has further strengthened its after-sales service network in Nepal with the opening of five new authorized FOTON Total Care Shield Service points in Bhaluwang, Baglung, Lalbandi, Chapur, and Lahan.
With this expansion, FOTON’s nationwide after-sales network now extends to more than 21 service locations, providing customers across Nepal with easier access to reliable, locally available electric vehicle maintenance and support services.
The newly established Shield Service points will offer faster and more convenient assistance to FOTON customers in these locations and surrounding areas. Through the FOTON Total Care network, customers will receive manufacturer-approved service support covering routine maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and warranty services.
