This achievement underscores the growing capability, competitiveness, and global presence of Nepal’s professional workforce.

At EMTECH 2026, one of the most competitive global technical innovation platforms, Team Gurkhas from Nepal emerged as the Global Winner, outperforming 120 teams from 12 countries. The team demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, innovation, and problem-solving skills to secure the top honor.

In another significant achievement, Nepal also secured top recognition at the VECV International Sales Contest PROFORMERS Season 11. Competing against more than 350 professionals from 22 countries, Sailendra Chand from Nepal won in the Bus category, showcasing outstanding performance in one of the industry’s most competitive global sales contests.
