Kathmandu: Nepal SBI Bank Limited is pleased to announce the successful closure of its “7% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2090”, which has been oversubscribed by more than four times, reflecting remarkable investor confidence and strong market response.

Launched with a total offering of 30 lakh units at a par value of NPR 1,000 each amounting to NPR 3.00 billion the debenture attracted applications exceeding 1.2 crore units. The issuance opened on 14th July 2025 and closed on 17th July 2025, drawing overwhelming interest from institutional and individual investors alike.

Of the total 30 lakh units:

• 18,00,000 units were allocated through private placement, and
• 12,00,000 units were offered to the general public, including
• 5% (60,000 units) specifically reserved for mutual funds.

The “7% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2090” offers investors an attractive 7% annual interest rate and carries a 10-year maturity period. The issuance was approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 21st May 2025, and was managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
