Kathmandu: Ncell customers can now enjoy exclusive Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers and discounts on spa and beauty services through a new partnership between Ncell and Tranquility Spa.
Under the partnership, customers purchasing a prepaid pack or postpaid plan worth Rs. 499 or more can avail a BOGO offer on Tranquility Spa’s Signature Massage, Body Scrub, Shirodhara and Premium Care Facial. The offer allows two people to enjoy eligible services for the price of one.
Customers who prefer to use the services individually will receive a 25 percent discount on spa services and a 20 percent discount on beauty services. These benefits are available exclusively to Nepali nationals.
Discounts on Lower-Value Plans
Customers purchasing prepaid packs or postpaid plans valued at Rs. 99 to below Rs. 499 can also receive special benefits. Youth and general customers will get a flat 20 percent discount on spa services, while tourists will receive a 10 percent discount.
The partnership agreement was exchanged by Lalit Sharda, Products Director of Ncell, and Ranil Phaiju, Chief Operating Officer of Tranquility Spa.
How to Avail the Offers
To redeem the offers, customers can open the Ncell App, go to Partnered Services, select Tranquility Spa, and redeem the applicable offer at authorized Tranquility Spa outlets. The benefits displayed in the app will depend on the prepaid pack or postpaid plan purchased by the customer.
Customers who are not currently eligible can purchase an eligible pack or plan to unlock the benefits.
Commenting on the partnership, Upanga Dutta, Chief Consumer Business Officer at Ncell, said the company aims to create value for customers beyond connectivity by making lifestyle and wellness benefits more accessible.
The partnership is part of Ncell’s ongoing efforts to expand its partner ecosystem and provide customers with additional lifestyle benefits.
