The awards were presented at the FLAME Awards Asia 2026 ceremony in New Delhi, which recognised outstanding work in experiential marketing, activation, consumer engagement and innovation across South Asia.
The award-winning campaigns represented two of NDPL’s key brands, with Outreach Nepal serving as the creative agency behind the campaigns.
The four honours received by NDPL are:
- Gold – South Asia Emerging Market Campaign: Mero Khukri
- Gold – Last-Mile Innovation, South Asia: Mero Khukri
- South Asia Grand Prix: Nude “Just Be You”
- Silver – Small Budget Campaign, South Asia: Pokhara Flash Mob
Mero Khukri emerged as one of the key successes of the awards, with a campaign built around the deep-rooted connection shared by generations of consumers. The campaign transformed that connection into an expression of ownership and belonging, placing consumers at the centre of the brand story.
The campaign received two Gold awards for its strong consumer insight and its ability to translate a powerful brand idea into meaningful engagement and participation.
The highest recognition of the evening went to Nude’s “Just Be You” campaign, which won the South Asia Grand Prix. Built around individuality, authenticity and self-expression, the campaign demonstrated the impact of translating a clear brand belief into bold and culturally relevant communication.
Meanwhile, the Pokhara Flash Mob won Silver in the Small Budget Campaign – South Asia category. The recognition demonstrated that meaningful impact can be achieved without significant investment, with strong local insight, creativity and effective execution helping the activation generate an impact beyond its budget.
Although the four awards were presented across different campaigns and categories, they shared a common foundation of understanding people and culture.
The recognition also highlights the creative partnership between Nepal Distilleries and Outreach Nepal, combining brand strategy, consumer insight, creativity and execution to develop campaigns rooted in Nepal while competing on a wider regional platform.
For Nepal Distilleries, the four wins represent more than an awards tally. They reinforce the belief that ideas created in Nepal, inspired by Nepali consumers and executed with creativity and conviction can earn recognition among the best work in South Asia.
Four awards, two brands and one significant milestone for Nepali creativity.
