Kathmandu: Dish Media Network Limited (DishHome) has partnered with Tushal MultiVenue to provide exclusive lifestyle, wellness, and fitness benefits to its employees, dealers, service partners, and customers through its Virtual Privilege Card program.
The two organizations recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at expanding value-added services and strengthening customer engagement through promotional offers and wellness-focused initiatives.
Under the agreement, eligible DishHome users will receive a range of discounts at Tushal MultiVenue, including a 50 percent discount on sauna, steam, and jacuzzi services, a 20 percent discount on new gym memberships, a 15 percent discount on selected wellness and recreational services, and a 10 percent discount on food and beverage services.
To access the offers, customers need to download the myDishHome app, log in using their registered mobile number or customer ID, and present the Virtual Privilege Card available within the application at participating outlets.
The MoU was signed by Rajkumar Shrestha, IT Head of Tushal MultiVenue, and Devraj Shrestha, Senior Corporate Hospitality Account Manager at DishHome.
According to the company, the Virtual Privilege Card is part of DishHome’s broader strategy to enhance customer experience by offering exclusive benefits through partnerships across the hospitality, travel, wellness, entertainment, dining, and retail sectors.
Representatives of both organizations said the collaboration is expected to deliver added value to customers while promoting healthier lifestyles through exclusive offers and joint promotional activities.
DishHome said it plans to continue expanding its network of partner brands to provide additional lifestyle benefits and savings to its subscribers in the future.
