Pokhara: JCB Nepal reinforced its presence in western Nepal with the handover of 12 construction machines to key customers during a special Customer Meet and Key Handover Ceremony held in Pokhara.

The handover included JCB 3DX Backhoe Loader machines and JCB 221 Excavator units, equipment widely used in Nepal’s construction sector for their durability, operational efficiency, and resale value.

According to the company, the event highlighted the growing preference among contractors and infrastructure developers for reliable equipment supported by strong after-sales service. JCB Nepal currently operates through a network of more than 32 sales and service outlets supported by over 200 technical engineers across the country.

The ceremony was attended by contractors, infrastructure developers, and business owners from across western Nepal, many of whom are involved in the region’s expanding infrastructure projects.

Speaking at the event, Tej Prasad Subedi, CEO of JCB Nepal, said the milestone reflected increasing customer focus on return on investment, service assurance, and long-term operational reliability.
