Kathmandu: Nebula Energy, the authorized partner for Gogoro scooters in Nepal, has announced the launch of the country’s first-ever Buyback Guarantee for electric two-wheelers — setting a new benchmark in customer assurance and reaffirming the brand’s long-term commitment to the Nepali market.

With this initiative, Gogoro becomes the first electric two-wheeler brand in Nepal to offer a guaranteed resale value, giving customers greater confidence in making the shift to smart, sustainable mobility. Effective from August 4, 2025, the Buyback Guarantee ensures a return value of NPR 1 lakh within 5 years or 40,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), providing unmatched peace of mind to EV buyers.

One of the main concerns of EV owners is battery degradation, which often leads to reduced resale value. Gogoro tackles this challenge through its industry-leading battery swapping system. Unlike traditional EVs, Gogoro users do not own the batteries—instead, they access a nationwide network of smart, AI-maintained batteries, fully managed by Gogoro. This unique approach allows the company to confidently offer long-term value assurance.
