Kathmandu: Daraz today announced the launch of the 2025 edition of its Daraz Future Leaders Programme (DFLP), a prestigious group-wide management trainee initiative aimed at nurturing high-potential talent across Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. This strategic programme underlines Daraz’s commitment to empowering local talent and building a thriving e-commerce ecosystem across South Asia.

The 15-month rotational programme, set to begin in July 2025, offers selected trainees structured, hands-on experience across multiple business functions. Participants will benefit from mentorship by senior leadership and gain exposure to both local and group-level strategies, preparing them for impactful roles within Daraz.

Who Can Apply?
DFLP 2025 is open to recent graduates (within the past year) with a strong academic track record, analytical acumen, and a passion for innovation. Ideal candidates are team players who demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

The application window opens on April 21, 2025 (Baishakh 8), and will remain open for 14 days. Interested candidates can apply online through the Daraz Careers page.
