Kathmandu: While times, roads, and vehicles continue to evolve, the value of community and human connection remains as important as ever. Embracing this spirit, Laxmi Lube Oil Pvt. Ltd. has been actively promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing across Nepal’s automotive sector through its “Garage Chautari” initiative.
Inspired by Nepal’s traditional Peepal Chautari(a gathering place where people exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and built relationships) Garage Chautari serves as a modern platform that brings together garage owners, mechanics, and automotive professionals from different parts of the country. The initiative is designed to encourage meaningful interaction, technical learning, and stronger professional networks within Nepal’s automotive industry.
As part of the campaign, Garage Chautari programs were successfully conducted in May at OM Auto Part in Janakpur, Bijay Auto Workshop in Butwal, Seti Motorcycle Workshop in Tikapur, Nihal Auto Engineering and Three Brothers Auto Engineering Workshop in Pokhara, and Prakash New Generation in Kathmandu.
The initiative continued in June with events organized at Christina Ace Auto Parts in Nayabazar-8, Pokhara; Panchakanya Spare Parts in Nuwakot; PM Auto Mobiles in Putalisadak, Kathmandu; and Advance Auto Workshop in Amarsingh Chowk, Pokhara.
To date, more than ten Garage Chautari programs have been held across various locations in Nepal. These gatherings have provided garage operators and mechanics with opportunities for direct engagement, technical knowledge exchange, professional experience sharing, and stronger business relationships.
According to the company, Garage Chautari is more than just a series of events; it is a long-term community engagement initiative aimed at connecting and strengthening Nepal’s automotive ecosystem.
