Stall Allocation Completed for NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026

Kathmandu: The Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has successfully completed the stall allocation process for the upcoming NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, which is set to become Nepal’s largest mobility and automobile exhibition.

The expo will be held at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, from August 11–16, 2026 (Shrawan 26–31, 2083) and will bring together leading automobile and mobility brands from across the country.

A total of 49 stalls were allocated through a predetermined and transparent lottery process among 49 participating brands representing the four-wheeler, two-wheeler, and commercial vehicle segments. Of the total stalls, 26 were allocated to four-wheeler brands, while 23 were assigned to two-wheeler and commercial vehicle brands.

Speaking at the stall allocation program, Ritu Singh Vaidya, President of NAIMA, said the enthusiastic participation from across the industry demonstrates the growing importance of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo as Nepal’s premier mobility and automobile exhibition.

She stated that NAIMA’s vision is to develop the event beyond a traditional automobile show and establish it as a common platform for promoting modern, sustainable, and accessible mobility solutions in Nepal.

Vaidya noted that all stalls available during the initial phase had already been allocated and that requests for participation continue to be received even after the registration deadline. She added that NAIMA would explore available options and make every effort to accommodate additional requests, particularly from member companies.

Gaurav Sharda, Chair of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo Planning Committee, said that the participation of 49 brands reflects the industry’s confidence, enthusiasm, and growing interest in the exhibition.

He expressed confidence that strong support from industry stakeholders would help establish NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 as Nepal’s largest and most influential mobility exhibition while delivering a world-class experience aligned with international standards.

Raj Kumar Dulal, Executive Director of NAIMA, stated that the stall allocation process was conducted in a transparent, fair, and predetermined manner. He added that preparations for the event are progressing systematically through close coordination with participating vehicle brands, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.

Participating Brands

The exhibition will feature a broad range of brands from across the mobility sector.

Four-Wheeler Brands: ARCFOX, BAIC, BYD, Citroen, Denza, Forthing, Great Wall Motors, Henrey Volts, Honri Boma, Hyundai, iCAUR, Kaiyi, KIA, Leapmotor, Mahindra, Maxus, MG (GO Automobiles), MG (Paramount Motors), Nissan, Omoda & Jaecoo, Peugeot, Proton, TATA, Toyota, Wuling, and Zeekr.

Two-Wheeler Brands: Ather, Bajaj, CFMOTO/ZEEHO, Garrow, Honda, Keren, KTM, Morbidelli, NIU, Peugeot & BGAUSS, Royal Enfield, Suzuki, Triumph, TVS, Ultraviolette, Yadea, and ZX MOTO/CX Motorcycles.

Commercial Vehicle Brands: Chery Wanda, Karry, Keyton, and Skyworth.

NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 will showcase the latest advancements in vehicles, mobility solutions, automotive technologies, and innovation. The exhibition will feature new product launches, emerging technologies, and knowledge-sharing sessions, providing visitors with an opportunity to experience the future of mobility in Nepal.

Bringing together consumers, businesses, policymakers, and industry stakeholders under one roof, the expo aims to serve as a key platform for industry engagement and innovation.

NAIMA is the representative body of Nepal’s mobility and automobile industry and operates under the vision of “Mobility for All.” The association works to support industry development, promote innovation, and advocate for policies that advance Nepal’s mobility ecosystem.

The exhibition will be managed by Media Space Solutions, while Digipal Solutions will serve as the Digital Media Partner and Profit Media as the NAIMA Mobility Publications Partner.
