Itahari: JCB Nepal, under MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized the JCB Customer Appreciation Meet in Itahari, bringing together valued customers, association representatives, industry stakeholders, and members of the JCB Nepal team.
The event was held to recognize and appreciate the continued trust, support, and partnership of JCB customers from the Koshi region. Another key attraction was the Key Handover Ceremony, where new JCB machine owners were officially handed over the keys to their equipment by the JCB Nepal team. The ceremony reflected growing customer confidence in JCB’s performance, durability, and nationwide service network.
Adding further significance to the event, Umakant Sharma, President of the Nepal Heavy Equipment Association (HEAN), made a surprise booking of the JCB 3DX Super Backhoe Loader, underscoring the industry’s trust in JCB’s technology, reliability, and operational performance.
