Kathmandu: MAW Vriddhi has been honored with the prestigious “Pioneer in New Energy Promotion Award” for Foton Commercial Vehicles at the Foton Global Conference 2026 held in Beijing, China.

Selected among representatives from over 140 countries, this recognition marks a proud milestone for Nepal, now one of Foton’s largest global EV markets. Foton currently holds the No. 2 position in Nepal’s commercial electric vehicle segment reflecting the country’s growing leadership in sustainable mobility and clean energy adoption.

The award was presented by Mr. Qin Zhidong, Vice President of Foton Motor, and received by Mr. Vivek Sikaria, Managing Director of MAW Vriddhi.
