Kathmandu: Omstone Hotels Limited (Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort) has officially appointed Citizens Capital Limited as the Issue Manager for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The agreement was signed today at a ceremony between Mr. Ramesh Kumar Hamal, Managing Director of Omstone Hotels Limited, and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Capital Limited. The event was also attended by the resort’s principal foreign investor, Mr. Vishnu Mor.
As per the agreement, Citizens Capital will manage the IPO of ordinary shares of Omstone Hotels Limited (Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort), guiding the process in accordance with regulatory frameworks and best practices.
