Conceived as a modern interpretation of a Mexican hacienda, La Hacienda seamlessly blends cuisine, cocktails, art, and design into a single, immersive destination.

The restaurant’s interiors, designed by Pablo Castellanos Studio, reinterpret traditional hacienda architecture through a contemporary lens. Distinctive arches, sculptural corridors, lime-wash walls, carved wooden panels, and vibrant furnishings come together to reflect the warmth and energy of Mexico and Latin America. A visually striking, moon-inspired illuminated bar serves as the centerpiece, anchoring the space and setting the tone for the overall experience.

Art plays a central role in defining La Hacienda’s identity. The venue features a commissioned installation titled El Sol y el Ave by Mexican artist Brenda Roa, adding cultural depth and reinforcing the restaurant’s positioning as more than just a dining venue, but a place of storytelling and expression.

Inspired by memory, travel, and cultural exchange, La Hacienda offers guests a culinary journey across Latin America. Located within the newly opened Moxy Hotel, the restaurant draws from the landscapes, flavors, and personal experiences of Chef Martín Hernández. The menu reflects his life journey from bold, tradition-rich Mexican tacos to fresh, vibrant Peruvian ceviches, alongside dishes influenced by his travels across the region. Each plate tells a story, complemented by curated tequila, mezcal, and cocktail pairings that elevate the dining experience beyond a meal to a lived cultural encounter.
